Industry-Leading Warranty

All Gutter Guy Gutter systems come with a 20 year warranty on materials and a 5 year warranty on labor and installation.

Warranty Details: The Gutter Guy warrants to the original purchaser of all aluminum gutters the following:

20 year warranty that all aluminum products will be free of defects including cracking, peeling, or chipping.
5 year workmanship warranty on any Gutter Guy installed aluminum gutter product will be free of defects and maintain proper function during the warranty period.
This warranty shall remain in effect only if the gutter system has not been subject to conditions beyond The Gutter Guy’s control such as, but not limited to, accidental damage, extreme weather conditions, acts of nature, foundation settling, improper use of caustic chemicals and other improper cleaning methods; such as pressure washing. It is the purchasers’ responsibility to have the gutter system properly maintained and clear of debris; most importantly before winter.
All claims must be submitted in writing to The Gutter Guy promptly after discovery of the claimed defect and during the warranty period. Claims should include the name, address and phone number of the purchaser and the original date of installation. All claims should be mailed to: The Gutter Guy., attn: Warranty Department, #103 1711 Kalamalka Lake Rd, Vernon, BC V1T 6V4.
